    FAQ

    Your Questions

The first session focuses on enabling us to get to know each other. It is an opportunity to define the framework (duration, frequency and price of the sessions, confidentiality), your needs and objectives, and to explain the way I usually work.

The sessions are interactive, and I often encourage you to pursue the work between sessions by doing practical exercises related to the topics discussed.

Subsequent appointments are scheduled at the end of each session,  and can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.

In case of late cancellation, the session will be charged.

Psychotherapy sessions provided by accredited psychologists are covered by a reimbursement scheme that varies from one health insurance company to another.

Contact your health insurance company to know more about the conditions that apply.

Coaching helps to optimise professional and personal performance by overcoming contextual obstacles and mobilising resources.

Examples include clarifying professional or personal choices ; developing assertiveness ; preparing for interviews ; achieving a better work-life balance.

Therapy is most often a response to situations that cause suffering and constitute a major obstacle to a person’s development and well-being.

Reasons for suffering can be linked to past and present relationships, emotional control issues, poor self-image, painful bereavement, or loss of meaning – amongst others.

The sessions take place either at my office or remotely, via Zoom or Skype.
