I have been coaching my clients as an executive coach, psychologist and gestalt psychotherapist for almost 20 years, and since 2012 as a supervisor.

My Ethics and Values

Whether they are managers, high-potential persons, coaches committed to their professional development, persons facing difficulties or doubt in their life path, I accompany my clients by favouring an approach that is humanistic, stimulating, concrete, ethical, intuitive and pragmatic.

Authentic, attentive, supportive and sometimes confronting, I do not hesitate to call upon humour as an accelerator and a tool during the sessions.

My Approach

Encouraging and triggering awareness, perspective and responsibility are fundamental to my practice.

I see coaching and supervision as a space of freedom, of dialogue with oneself and with the other ; a place to explore what makes the drive and talents of each person.

I believe that each person is able to grow according to his or her potential and environment, and to make the best use of his or her talents for higher performance and real fulfilment.

As a psychologist and psychotherapist, I support individuals and couples in their search for a more authentic and harmonious relationship with themselves and their environment. As a member of Mensa.be, I also support high-potential persons in their professional and personal development.

I am convinced that enjoyment and performance are closely linked, and are part of the fundamental alchemy of long-term success, professional excellence and personal fulfilment.

My Background

I am originally from France where I lived in different regions.

After my communication studies, I began my work life in companies, holding commercial and administrative positions in SMEs and international companies.

Having sustained a deep interest first for philosophy, then sociology and psychology, this calling for accompanying people and organisations, which had been brewing for several decades, needed the right ground to blossom.

A skills assessment, a move and the decision to take up my studies again gave me the opportunity to build a new career path.

This is how I chose to work as a psychologist, psychotherapist, coach and coach supervisor.
