For nearly 20 years now, I have been coaching executives, senior managers and sometimes their teams, but also the self-employed, or persons simply looking to develop their skills.<\/p>

Coaching is above all a process of awareness, introspection, reflection and observation. It aims to identify obstacles and harness one’s full potential.<\/strong><\/p>

The desired outcome is to increase cohesiveness and efficiency, all the while remaining true to oneself and one’s values. Choosing to embark on a coaching journey can stem from a one-off or recurring problem, a conflict within that we are unable to solve with our usual and automatic processes (i.e. what we know how to do and\/or do without even thinking about it).<\/p>

It gives us the opportunity to identify our mental blocks or repetitive processes, but also to identify new resources that are all but waiting to be brought to light and put into action!<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
